En el tema de la formaci\u00f3n de habilidades b\u00e1sicas de comunicaci\u00f3n, convivencia y colaboraci\u00f3n, giran los ejes centrales de la presente investigaci\u00f3n, con la que pretendemos aportar algunas herramientas para estos miembros de nuestra sociedad. Nuestros objetivos se enfocan a: la explotaci\u00f3n de habilidades en pro de la resoluci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica de conflictos, la utilizaci\u00f3n del dialogo y la expresi\u00f3n con la base fundamental del respeto a los derechos y las opiniones de los dem\u00e1s. El otro gran grupo protagonista de dicha ideolog\u00eda de resoluci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica de los conflictos, son los docentes, por lo que toda herramienta debe tomar en cuenta, las caracter\u00edsticas de los sistemas educativos, la formaci\u00f3n de docentes en los temas de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y, sobre todo, la viabilidad de aplicaci\u00f3n de los programas en los centros escolares.  summary the students school-age are familiar with the ways of resolving conflicts of violent demonstrations. The formation of basic communication skills, coexistence and cooperation, are the central axes of the present investigation with the which we intend to provide some tools for these members of our society. Our goals focus on: exploitation of skills towards the peaceful resolution of conflicts, the use of dialogue and expression and the fundamental basis of respect for the rights and opinions of others. The other major group of the leading ideology of peaceful conflict resolution are teachers, so that every tool must take into account the characteristics of education systems, teacher training in the
