De ah\u00ed la importancia de conocer c\u00f3mo se estructuran, cu\u00e1les son sus ventajas, desventajas y precauciones a tomar en cuenta durante su gesti\u00f3n. Po r tanto el objetivo de esta investigaci\u00f3n es analizar la relaci\u00f3n que existe entre clima de equipo y rendimiento, y c\u00f3mo esta relaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 moderada por la virtualidad de los equipos. Para ello se propone un modelo explicativo en el que la virtualida d modera la relaci\u00f3n de clima de equipo y eficacia grupal. Los resultados confirman en general dicho modelo, indicando el efecto moderador de la virtualidad. A partir de ah\u00ed, se analizan las implicaciones te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas y se realizan recomendac iones para futuras investigaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
