Por un lado, se ha realizado un an\u00e1lisis de la plataforma eduagora a partir de la valoraci\u00f3n realizada por un grupo de docentes de secundaria y un grupo de expertos en tecnolog\u00eda educativa con el fin de conocer las posibilidades educativas de la herramienta y realizar propuestas de mejora. por otro lado, se ha analizado una experiencia colaborativa desarrollada por este grupo de docentes con el fin de establecer criterios y pautas de actuaci\u00f3n a la hora de dise\u00f1ar situaciones colaborativas entre profesores de ense\u00f1anza secundaria a trav\u00e9s de herramientas telem\u00e1ticas. palabras clave: pedagog\u00eda; m\u00e9todos educativos; ense\u00f1anza con ayuda de ordenador; profesi\u00f3n y situaci\u00f3n del profesorado.  summary this doctoral thesis aims to analyze the pedagogical possibilities of tools based on the principles of collaboration that characterize web 2.0 in the context of secondary school and offer an approach to the design of collaborative activities among teachers through virtual environment.  that&apos;s why, the research follows two lines of work. On the one hand, there has been an analysis of the platform eduagora from the assessment made by a group of secondary school teachers and a group of experts in educational technology in order to meet the educational possibilities of the tool and make proposals for improvement.  in addition, we analyzed a collaborative experience developed by this group of teachers in order to establish criteria and guidelines for action when designing collaborative situations among secondary school teachers through telematic tools.  keywords: pedagogy, teaching methods, computer-assisted teaching, profession
