En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se han producido considerables avances en el tratamiento. Sin embargo, muchos pacientes fallecen a consecuencia de la enfermedad. Por otro lado, la caracterizaci\u00f3n de nuevos marcadores biol\u00f3gicos con implicaci\u00f3n pron\u00f3stica (anomal\u00edas cromos\u00f3micas, cd38, zap70 y estado mutacional de las igvh), ha definido subgrupos dentro de esta entidad. Por lo tanto, la estratificaci\u00f3n de los pacientes a partir de la combinaci\u00f3n de varios marcadores pron\u00f3stico ser\u00eda  crucial para desarrollar una gu\u00eda terape\u00fatica ajustada al pron\u00f3stico de los pacientes.  el objetivo de nuestro estudio es analizar un grupo de paciente con llc evaluando los factores pron\u00f3sticos cl\u00ednicos y biol\u00f3gicos, y su impacto en la supervivencia global. Adem\u00e1s, desarrollamos un \u00edndice pron\u00f3stico incorporando las nuevas estrategias diagn\u00f3sticas disponibles en nuestro medio (citogen\u00e9tica, fish, cd38 y zap70). \tpalabras clave: factores pron\u00f3stico, \u00edndice pron\u00f3stico, supervivencia, llc.  abstract b-cll is a heterogeneous disease with a variable overall survival. In the last years notable advances in the treatment have been introduced; nevertheless many patients still die from causes related to the disease. The recent characterization of new prognostic factors:  chromosome abnormalities, cd38 and\/or zap70 expression and mutational status of igvh have allowed to define prognosis subgroups within this entity. Therefore, the stratification of these patients through combination of those prognostic factors might be crucial to adjust treatment options to patients&apos; prognosis.  \tthe aim of our study was to analyze a group of patients diagnosed with cll.  In this population a number of clinical and biological parameters were evaluated with particular emphasis in their impact on overall survival.
