Valoraremos las particularidades de las pr\u00e1cticas art\u00edsticas desarrolladas en internet desde la finalizaci\u00f3n del periodo net.Art, las cuales precedieron a estrategias art\u00edsticas que acabaron por modelar el paradigma 2.0, orientado a la gesti\u00f3n de las redes sociales. Tales pr\u00e1cticas, que denominaremos gen\u00e9ricamente web.Art 2.0, vinieron a determinar una nueva relaci\u00f3n con la red basada en que los usuarios pasaron a operar como pro-consumidores de informaci\u00f3n en t\u00e9rminos de explotaci\u00f3n de lo interactivo, lo multimedial y lo hipertextual, y en base a la potenciaci\u00f3n de la creaci\u00f3n de contenidos, la negativa de una organizaci\u00f3n vertical de la red y una visi\u00f3n global de la realidad local.  abstract  key words: art, internet, web, digital object, globalism, neo-liberalism, production, social network, net.Art, web.Art 1.5, web.Art 2.0.  \tthis thesis examines certain types of artistic production developed over a specific time frame, from 2003 with the evolution of the web to version 2.0 to 2008 as the starting date of the current financial and economic crisis. We will value the particularities of artistic practices developed on the internet since the end of net.Art period, which preceded artistic strategies that have shaped the 2.0 paradigm focused on the management of social networks. Such practices, which we call generically web.Art 2.0, came to establish a new relationship with the network based on the users started to operate as pro-consumer of information in terms of exploitation of interactive, multimedia and hypertext, and based on the empowerment of content creation, the refusal of a vertical organization of the network and an overview of the local
