El presente estudio establece el \u00e1mbito temporal de la restauraci\u00f3n, esto es, los a\u00f1os comprendidos entre 1879 \u00c2\u00bf 1903. La metodolog\u00eda utilizada es la propia de la ciencia de la documentaci\u00f3n, de forma especifica la relativa a la bibliograf\u00eda y a las fuentes de informaci\u00f3n. Se enmarca dentro de la investigaci\u00f3n anal\u00edtica, descriptiva e informativa. Analizamos las manifestaciones del folklore asociadas a los aspectos religiosos, en especial los festejos de la navidad y los preparativos festivos de la inmaculada concepci\u00f3n, las misas de gozo, de gallo y de pastores, los rituales petitorios de aguilando, las fiestas de adagios, reyes magos, san fulgencio, san ant\u00f3n, la candelaria y san blas dado que el periodo del a\u00f1o donde mayor actividad existe. Tambi\u00e9n se analiza la organolog\u00eda popular en el levante espa\u00f1ol, as\u00ed como los instrumentos musicales de las \u00c2\u00bfcuadrillas\u00c2\u00bf; se realiza un exhaustivo estudio del cancionero popular en murcia, la gastronom\u00eda en tiempo navide\u00f1o, todo lo referente a los bailes populares, los exvotos, como ofrendas de fe y superstici\u00f3n. Como resultado de la metodolog\u00eda, la base de datos referencial creada ad hoc permite la consulta por temas, autor y fecha, dando lugar a las referencias informativas relacionadas con las fiestas tradicionales de invierno en la ciudad y huerta de murcia entre los a\u00f1os indicados. Las conclusiones seg\u00fan los objetivos, propuestos en la hip\u00f3tesis de partida se presentan a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis realizado aportando datos cuantitativos que enriquecen al an\u00e1lisis. Our study focusses on the restoration period, that is, the years from 1879 to 1903. The methodology used is the suitable one in the science of documentation, specifically related to literature and information sources. It is part of an analytical, descriptive and informative research. The expressions of folklore associated with the religious aspects have been analysed, especially the celebration of christmas and the festive preparations for the immaculate conception, masses of joy \u00c2\u00bfgozo\u00c2\u00bf, of christmas eve \u00c2\u00bfgallo\u00c2\u00bf and shepherds \u00c2\u00bfpastores\u00c2\u00bf, demanding rituals as \u00c2\u00bfaguilandos\u00c2\u00bf, the parties of adagios, the three wise men \u00c2\u00bflos reyes\u00c2\u00bf, san fulgencio, san anton, la candelaria and san blas since this is the period of the year when the biggest amount of activities is produced. The popular organology in the east of spain is also dealt with, as well as musical instruments of the bands &quot;cuadrillas&quot;. An exhaustive study of popular song books in murcia, of gastronomy at christmas, in short, everything related to popular dances, votive offerings \u00c2\u00bfex votos\u00c2\u00bf, as offerings of faith and superstition. As a result of the methodology, the reference database, created ad hoc, allows the consultation of by subject, author and date, giving the reference information related to the traditional winter holiday in the city and orchard \u00c2\u00bfhuerta\u00c2\u00bf of murcia between the years indicated. The conclusions according to the objectives proposed in the initial hypothesis is presented through the analysis developed by providing quantitative data that enrich the analysis.
