Pneumoniae. nosotros estudiamos las variaciones producidas en los neumococos invasores y colonizadores  en el \u00e1rea de influencia de un hospital terciario en la regi\u00f3n de murcia, entre el periodo prevacunal y el postvacunal. entre los serotipos invasores, 383, se observ\u00f3 una sustituci\u00f3n de los vacunales por otros nuevos, especialmente 19a y 7f con un incremento estad\u00edsticamente significativo. La resistencia a penicilina eritromicina y cefotaxima no vari\u00f3. de los 1563 ni\u00f1os controlados, el 31,2% era portador de neumococo, observ\u00e1ndose igualmente sustituci\u00f3n de los vacunales por otros, especialmente 6a, 19a, 15a. la resistencia, a los tres antibi\u00f3ticos, disminuy\u00f3 de forma significativa quedando finalmente en 28,06%, 45,77% y 5,99%. la nueva vacuna en uso, pcv-13, cubr\u00eda un 78% de los invasores y  un 37% de los portadores en 2010.  palabras clave: s. Pneumoniae, serotipos, resistencia, portadores, vacunas.         the application of the pneumococcal conjugate 7-valent vaccine has caused changes in the serotypes and resistances of s. Pneumoniae. we studied the variations produced in invasive and nasopharyngeal pneumococci in the area of influence of a tertiary hospital in the region of murcia, between the prevaccinal and postvaccinal period. among the invasive serotypes studied, 383, a replacement of vaccinal serotypes for other new serotypes was observed, especially 19a and 7f.These had a significant statistical increase. the resistance to penicillin, erythromycin and cefotaxime did not change. of 1563 children monitored, 31,2% were pneumococcal carriers, here the replacement of vaccinal serotypes for other serotypes, especially 6a, 19a and 15a was also noticeable. the resistance of the three antibiotics decreased significantly, having as a result 28,06%, 45,77% and 5,99% respectively. the new vaccine in use, pcv-13, covered a 78% of the invasive serotypes and a 37% of the carriers in 2010.    key words: s.
