En este sentido se ha realizado la caracterizaci\u00f3n del crecimiento de suspensiones celulares de monastrell en diferentes medios minerales y concentraciones de sacarosa. Asimismo se caracteriz\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n extracelular de trans-resveratrol mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de distintos elicitores tales como ciclodextrinas de distinta naturaleza, jasmonato de metilo, luz uv, fosetil de aluminio, \u00e1cido salic\u00edlico y etef\u00f3n. asimismo, se realiz\u00f3 el estudio de la implicaci\u00f3n del calcio, del per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno, el \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico as\u00ed como los eventos de fosforilaci\u00f3n y desfosforilaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas en los fen\u00f3menos de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n desencadenados por la elicitaci\u00f3n de suspensiones celulares de monastrell que conducen a la producci\u00f3n de trans-resveratrol. finalmente, se realiz\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis de las prote\u00ednas extracelulares tanto en condiciones control como elicitadas con distintos compuestos con el fin de determinar las respuestas de defensa inducidas en estas condiciones.  palabras clave calcio ciclodextrinas cultivo celular  elicitor jasmonato de metilo metabolitos secundarios peroxidasas per\u00f3xido de hidr\u00f3geno prote\u00ednas relacionadas con la patog\u00e9nesis resveratrol secretoma viniferinas vitis vinifera cv monastrell   in this memory vitis vinifera cv monastrell cell cultures were used to produce trans-resveratrol. The growth of monastrell cell cultures were characterized using different mineral media and sucrose concentrations. Extracellular production of trans-resveratrol was also characterized using different elicitors such as different nature cyclodextrins, methyl jasmonate, uv light, fosetyl aluminum, salicylic acid and ethephon. moreover it was study the involvement of calcium, hydrogen peroxide, nitric oxide and phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of proteins in the signaling events triggered by elicitation of monastrell cell cultures leading to trans-resveratrol production. finally, it was analyzed extracellular proteins in control and elicited cell cultures in the presence of different elicitors to
