El encuentro responsable constituye un dinamismo formativo \u00e9tico que la desarrolla. La violencia (directa, estructural y cultural) se manifiesta en los centros educativos y se pueden superar con pedagog\u00eda de encuentro con el &quot;otro&quot; desde un curr\u00edculo con actitudes (tolerancia, di\u00e1logo, reconciliaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n) adecuadas.    dise\u00f1o: componentes cuantitativos (metodolog\u00eda estad\u00edstica no experimental ex post facto) y cualitativos (metodolog\u00eda de estudio de caso).    instituci\u00f3n: de bajos recursos y alto \u00edndice de violencia; ha recibido el programa durante tres cursos.   resultados: logros identificados en estudiantes en manejo de violencia y conflicto. Mejor avance en mujeres que hombres. No representativo en edades.   conclusiones: jolipax puede y debe continuar. Direct, structural and cultural violence express itself in schools and it could be overcome with applied pedagogy of encounter with &quot;the other&quot; from a curricula with appropriate attitudes such as tolerance, dialogue, reconciliation, and cooperation.  design: quantitative components (non experimental statistics ex post facto) and qualitative components (case study methodology).  institution: low income and high violence, has been enrolled in the program during three grades.  results: achievements identified in students with violence and conflict management. Women advanced better than men. Non significant or representative among ages.  conclusions: jolipax can and should continue.
