Empleando esta reacci\u00f3n se han conseguidosintetizar una amplia gama de pirrroloisoquinolinas y pirroloftalazinas altamentesustituidas con buenos rendimientos y altos valores de diastereo yenantioselectividad. Asimismo se ha realizado un estudio mecan\u00edstico basado endatos computacionales y experimentales que nos ha permitido proponer que lareacci\u00f3n de cicloadici\u00f3n (3+2) estudiada transcurre a trav\u00e9s de un proceso encascada consistente en una secuencia de reacci\u00f3n michael-mannich, en el que laactivaci\u00f3n del aldeh\u00eddo -insaturado v\u00eda formaci\u00f3n de una sal de iminio, porcondensaci\u00f3n con el catalizador, juega un papel fundamental, ya que ejerce eldeseado control estereoqu\u00edmico.Por otro lado se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda para llevar a cabo unareacci\u00f3n de adici\u00f3n de michael\/henry en cascada seguida de deshidrataci\u00f3n en laque se accede a nitrociclohexadienos de manera estereocontrolada, partiendo desustratos sencillos (2-nitrometilacrilatos y aldeh\u00eddos alfa,beta-insaturados), medianteactivaci\u00f3n v\u00eda i\u00f3n iminio con un catalizador derivado de prolinol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
