Su s\u00edntesis y aplicaci\u00f3n es de gran inter\u00e9s en la industria farmac\u00e9utica para la obtenci\u00f3n de f\u00e1rmacos contra la gripe y en la industria alimentaria para el desarrollo de nutrac\u00e9uticos. por ello en esta tesis se ha llevado a cabo la obtenci\u00f3n de enzimas (n-acetil neuraminto liasa y n-acetil neuraminato sintasa) de origen bacteriano no pat\u00f3geno, mediante t\u00e9cnicas de biolog\u00eda molecular para su posible uso como biocatalizadores, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de t\u00e9cnicas de inmovilizaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica para obtener biocatalizadores m\u00e1s potentes y de f\u00e1cil manejo, aplic\u00e1ndolos a la s\u00edntesis de neu5ac y kdn. para completar este estudio tambi\u00e9n se han realizados estudios cin\u00e9ticos y moleculares de las diferentes enzimas obtenidas, as\u00ed como el estudio filogen\u00e9tico  de su presencia en los microorganismos.  abstract sialic acid and its derivatives are an important group of biomolecules involved in many biological phenomena. Its synthesis and application is of great interest in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of anti-influenza drugs and in the food industry for the development of nutraceuticals. therefore, this thesis studies ways to obtaining enzymes (n-acetyl neuraminte lyase and n-acetyl neuraminate synthase) from non-pathogenic bacteria, using molecular biology techniques, for possible use as biocatalysts, as well as the development of enzyme immobilization techniques to obtain more powerful and manageable biocatalyst for application in the synthesis of neu5ac and kdn. to complete this study molecular and kinetic studies of the different enzymes obtained were performed and phylogenetic study of their presence in microorganisms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
