Podemos medir la eficacia de una superficie mediante la resistencia al torque reverso, la radiofrequencia y la histomorfometr\u00eda.  \ten este estudio se han valorado estos par\u00e1metros en 120 implantes colocados en tibias de 30 conejos. Se testaron implantes de 4 implantes por conejo de 4 superficies diferentes. Valoramos, a doble ciego, implantes con doble grabado \u00e1cido, frente a otros con superficie chorreada, con la combinaci\u00f3n de las dos y finalmente implantes que adem\u00e1s de doble grabado y chorreado presentaban una aposici\u00f3n de dcd. Los conejos se sacrificaron a los 14, 28 y 56 d\u00edas.  \t obtuvimos diferencias estad\u00edsticamente significativas para la superficie en la que se combinaba el grabado \u00e1cido con chorreado y recubrimiento de dcd, con un mejor resultado de torque reverso a los 56 d\u00edas y un mejor resultado de bic.  palabras clave: implantes dentales, superficies, torque reverso, bic, conejos. abstract  the implant surfaces have been increasing his roughness modifying this surface additive or subtractive techniques. We can measure the effectiveness of a surface by the reverse torque resistance, the radiofrequency and histomorphometry that gives us the bone implant contact measurement. in this study we have evaluated these parameters in 120 implants placed in the tibia of 30 rabbits. 4 implants were tested in each rabbit and every implant had different surface. We compared in a double blind study four different surfaces: double etching, blasted surface, the combination of etching and blasting and etching and blasting with apposition of dcd. The rabbits were sacrificed at 14, 28 and 56 days. we obtained statistically significant differences for the surface with etching blasting and coating of dcd, with a best result of reverse torque at
