Resumen de la tesis doctoral  la presente tesis trata sistem\u00e1ticamente temas de importancia para la comprensi\u00f3n del reloj circadiano de vertebrados, particularmente del efecto de la luz y la temperatura sobre la reproducci\u00f3n, puesta, desarrollo temprano, comportamiento y determinaci\u00f3n sexual de la lubina europea (dicentrarchus labrax) y el pez cebra (danio rerio). la tesis consta de: introducci\u00f3n, objetivos, resultados (seis cap\u00edtulos experimentales), discusi\u00f3n general y conclusiones, las cuales se resumen:  1) el papel fundamental de la luz en la regulaci\u00f3n de los ritmos de puesta y comportamiento de la lubina.  2) los efectos de los termo- y foto-ciclos (luz azul) diarios en el desarrollo temprano de la lubina y el pez cebra, son consistentes con las condiciones espec\u00edficas del ambiente natural de cada especie.  3) los termociclos diarios aplicados durante el desarrollo embrionario y larvario del pez cebra tienen un fuerte impacto en su desarrollo gonadal, ya que alteran el balance fenot\u00edpico de sexos.   1.
