Se basa en una metodolog\u00eda que utiliza varias herramientas: an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo a partir de cuestionarios y an\u00e1lisis cualitativo a partir de la observaci\u00f3n, de entrevistas semi-dirigidas, grupos de discusi\u00f3n y de genogramas. El trabajo de encuesta realizado en francia principalmente en el departamento de los alpes-mar\u00edtimos, situado en la regi\u00f3n provenza costa azul (paca), ha sido conducido con familias con personas afectadas con la enfermedad de alzheimer y con profesionales del campo geri\u00e1trico. este trabajo tiene dos componenentes: \u00c2\u00b7 aspecto diagn\u00f3stico \u00c2\u00b7 aspecto de las recomendaciones palabras claves: enfermedad de alzheimer, vejez, dependencia, cuidadores familiares, organizaci\u00f3n familiar, conflictos.  the work done in this thesis is located at the crossing of the sociology of family, ageing, the public health, the psychogerontologie and the private law. It is based on a methodology that uses several tools: quantitative analysis based on questionnaires and qualitative analysis from observation, semi-structured interviews, focus group and genograms. The work of investigation realized in france in the alpes-maritimes department situated in the provence-alpes-c\u00ed\u00b4te d\u00c2\u00bfazur region , was conducted with families of people with alzheimer&apos;s and professionals in the geriatric field. this work consists of two sectors : \u00c2\u00b7 diagnosis aspect \u00c2\u00b7 recommendations aspect keywords : alzheimer&apos;s disease,
