Sin embargo, el grado de toxicidad as\u00ed como su modo de acci\u00f3n difiere de un estudio a otro. Dado que este tipo de part\u00edculas presentan caracter\u00edsticas diferentes a las de su equivalente de mayor tama\u00f1o y que no existe ning\u00fan protocolo estandarizado para la evaluaci\u00f3n de la toxicidad de las nps, en la presente tesis se ha intentado desarrollar un m\u00e9todo r\u00e1pido y fiable para el estudio de nps de ag in vivo con larvas de pez cebra. Adem\u00e1s se ha  analizado el efecto de estas nps a nivel transcript\u00f3mico y se ha comparado con el efecto producido por el nitrato de plata, para saber si la toxicidad de las nps de ag es debida \u00fanicamente al compuesto de ag o si es debida al tama\u00f1o nano de las part\u00edculas. Finalmente se ha realizado el an\u00e1lisis transcript\u00f3mico en larvas expuestas a diferentes productos comerciales que contienen nps de ag para comprobar si se podr\u00edan identificar respuestas en com\u00fan entre las larvas expuestas a los diferentes tipos de nps de ag.Para concluir, podemos asegurar que es necesario comprobar que el m\u00e9todo utilizado es adecuado para obtener resultados fiables para comparar los efectos de diferentes tipos de nps ag hay que tener en cuenta la composici\u00f3n, el tama\u00f1o, el recubrimiento y otras caracter\u00edsticas, ya que van a  tener
