La muesta final est\u00e1 formada por 296 trabajadores\/as integrados en 37 equipos de trabajo, cuyas actividades se distribuyeron en 9 grupos ocupacionales.  se confeccion\u00f3 una bater\u00eda compuesta por: cuestionario job diagnostic survey de motivaci\u00f3n laboral (hackman y oldam, 1974), mbi-gs de schaufeli y otros 1996. Escala de schwarzer 1992, cuestionario del significado del trabajo (mow, 1987), ghq de goldberg 1996. Adem\u00e1s de dos escalas de elaboraci\u00f3n propia sobre equidad percibida y percepci\u00f3n de las habilidades comunicativas del supervisor\/a.  los resultados obtenidos apuntan que la motivaci\u00f3n laboral de los miembros de los equipos de trabajo depende en mayor medida de la vivencia que tiene de su puesto de trabajo, de su autoeficacia percibida, del valor que otorga al trabajo en su vida y de la percepci\u00f3n que tiene de las habilidades comunicativas de su supervisor\/a.
