El objetivo es elaborar un cuaderno de viaje, compuesto por ideas, que no tiene como objeto de estudio primario la cultura organizacional en s\u00ed, ni tampoco estrictamente el discurso consensualista sobre la cultura, sino la cr\u00edtica conflictivista que ha centrado su esfuerzo sobre ese discurso. Perseguimos sustanciar la sospecha de que detr\u00e1s de los discursos igualitaristas y proautonomistas, casi libertarios, del culturalismo managerial hay relaciones de dominaci\u00f3n que se ocultan a s\u00ed mismas como una de las condiciones de su eficacia. As\u00ed, queremos explorar y hacernos eco de las ideas cr\u00edticas que quieren desvelar los discursos gerenciales sobre la cultura como formas renovadas y sofisticadas de control. Con ese objetivo se analiza la teor\u00eda organizacional  y su apertura a la cultura, se estudia el concepto de control y su vinculaci\u00f3n con la sociolog\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de la noci\u00f3n de control social, y se revisan las dos corrientes que en mayor profundidad han analizado el proceso de trabajo en la empresa y sus vinculaciones tanto sociales como con respecto a la subjetividad: la
