Este trabajo recoge investigaciones realizadas en los campos de la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, recuperaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n, procesamineto de lenguaje natural, dise\u00f1ode interfaces de usuario para veh\u00edculos, experiencia del usuario y computaci\u00f3n afectiva con el fin de crear un asistente adaptativo y din\u00e1mico que modifica su comportamiento conversacional
