Estos materiales f ueron caracterizados estructural y microestructuralmente mediante t\u00e9cnicas de difracci\u00f3n (rayos x y neutrones) y microscop\u00eda electr\u00f3nica de barrido (sem) lo que ha permitido determinar los l\u00edmites de estabilidad de la estructura tipo nasicon y establ ecer las diferencias morfol\u00f3gicas existentes en funci\u00f3n de la naturaleza del sustituyente. uno de los principales inconvenientes en la aplicaci\u00f3n de estos compuestos es la dificultad para obtener materiales de alta densidad. Una de las contribuciones  m\u00e1s importantes de este trabajo es la utilizaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica sps para densificar estos materiales, lo que ha permitido rebajar temperatura y tiempo de sinterizaci\u00f3n y modificar la microestructura.  las propiedades el\u00e9ctricas se han analizado medi ante espectroscop\u00eda de impedancias en un amplio rango de temperaturas y frecuencias, lo que ha permitido separar las contribuciones del interior del grano y de los l\u00edmites de grano a la conductividad total. El estudio de materiales de alta densidad c on la estequiometr\u00eda mencionada, ha revelado ciertas diferencias en la respuesta a la impedancia en relaci\u00f3n con los mismos materiales procesados por un mecanismo de sinterizaci\u00f3n convencional, mejorando su posible aplicaci\u00f3n como electrolitos s\u00f3lido s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
