El marco te\u00f3rico fundamental que hemos utilizado recoge diferentes propuestas de hibridaci\u00f3n cultural que inciden en la imp ortancia del espacio y el desplazamiento en la articulaci\u00f3n de un tercer espacio de enunciaci\u00f3n (bhabha, 1994).  Tambi\u00e9n nos serviremos de algunas categor\u00edas anal\u00edticas poscoloniales provenientes del denominado proyecto decolonial o  grupo de \u00c2\u00bfmodern idad\/colonialidad\u00c2\u00bf,  y de algunas de las aportaciones de intelectuales caribe\u00f1os como aim\u00e9 c\u00e9saire y frantz fanon.       con este an\u00e1lisis, pretendemos corroborar nuestra  hip\u00f3tesis general, seg\u00fan la cual, brathwaite configura una visi\u00f3n de la identi dad caribe\u00f1a que intersecciona con diversas teorizaciones sobre la di\u00e1spora africana, entendida como hibridaci\u00f3n cultural,  y da lugar a una pol\u00edtica del lugar que pone de manifiesto la dimensi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y epist\u00e9mica del caribe. Esta pol\u00edtica del lu gar, al ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un esencialismo o localismo excesivo, extiende los l\u00edmites de la di\u00e1spora africana hacia el sistema mundializado de poder y nos
