En 2010, el desarrollo de la ley org\u00e1nica 2\/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educaci\u00f3n (loe) permiti\u00f3 que se produjera otro hito en las ense\u00f1anzas de danza, la implantaci\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n inicial de int\u00e9rpretes de danza en la  educaci\u00f3n  superior espa\u00f1ola no universitaria, en consonancia con el eees.Entre 1990 y 2010, han existido importantes desajustes entre el perfil del alumno\/a ideal normativo de las ense\u00f1anzas de danza dirigidas a la foipdc y el perfil del alumnado potencial de dichas ense\u00f1anzas. Aunque el perfil ideal del alumnado dispuesto en la loe se adecua mejor que el de la logse a la diversidad del alumnado potencial, caracter\u00edsticas de la danza contempor\u00e1nea profesional, principios del desarrollo de la identidad vocacional y las caracter\u00edsticas personales del alumnado de dos muestras de alumnado de danza contempor\u00e1nea oficial y no oficial, evidencian la necesidad de un mayor ajuste.Como consecuencia del an\u00e1lisis anterior, se proponen una serie de recomendaciones orientadas a flexibilizar el perfil ideal normativo del alumnado en futuros
