La atm\u00f3sfera y el oc\u00e9ano forman un sistema acoplado a trav\u00e9s del intercambio de calor, momento, agua, part\u00edculas y gases. La circulaci\u00f3n oce\u00e1nica a gran escala est\u00e1 inducida principalmente por los flujos de momento e intercambio de calor y agua. La circulaci\u00f3n superficial est\u00e1 gobernada por el esfuerzo tangencial ejercido por el viento, mientras que la circulaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profunda y lenta tiene su origen en el forzamiento termohalino. El objetivo de esta tesis, se centra en la investigaci\u00f3n de la influencia de la atm\u00f3sfera sobre el oc\u00e9ano, a trav\u00e9s del estudio del efecto que el esfuerzo tangencial del viento ejerce sobre la superficie del mar, en el sureste del golfo de vizcaya. El primer estudio se centra en la investigaci\u00f3n de la influencia del acoplamiento atm\u00f3sfera-oc\u00e9ano de baja frecuencia en el reclutamiento de la anchoa. Posteriormente, se describen y cuantifican los patrones espaciales y escalas temporales de interacci\u00f3n atm\u00f3sfera-oc\u00e9ano de alta frecuencia, en el \u00e1rea costera y oce\u00e1nica del sureste del golfo de vizcaya. Por ultimo, se describe la influencia de otros factores, tales como la estacionalidad y el clima terrestre, en dichos patrones de interacci\u00f3n
