Se trata de un modelo muy eficiente, que requiere tiempos de c\u00e1lculo muy reducidos. El m\u00e9todo aprovecha los resultados de un modelo de v\u00eda muy preciso en el dominio de la frecuencia llamado racing (rail corrugation iniciation and growth), desarrollado en una tesis anterior del departamento de ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica de la upv\/ehu. El nuevo modelo en el dominio del espacio se ha obtenido a trav\u00e9s de una transformaci\u00f3n entre los dos dominios mediante un m\u00e9todo de las fracciones racionales polin\u00f3micas ampliamente aceptado en din\u00e1mica ferroviaria. En esta tesis se han mejorado los ajustes respecto a los utilizados por autores precedentes, gracias al empleo algoritmos gen\u00e9ticos multiobjetivo, los cuales permiten tambi\u00e9n obtener unos coeficientes que facilitan la integraci\u00f3n del modelo resultante. En un primer paso de esta tesis se ha desarrollado un modelo de v\u00eda solo vertical. Con \u00e9l se han estudiado problemas de gran inter\u00e9s en el \u00e1mbito ferroviario, como son el estudio de la evoluci\u00f3n de la corrugaci\u00f3n ferroviaria, la influencia del paso por defectos de soldadura en la interacci\u00f3n rueda-carril y la influencia del aumento de velocidad, masas suspendida y no suspendida de los vagones de mercanc\u00edas ante soldaduras. En un segundo paso, se ha desarrollado un modelo combinado de din\u00e1mica vertical y lateral de la v\u00eda con apoyos discretos, mediante la misma transformaci\u00f3n. No se ha encontrado en la bibliograf\u00eda ning\u00fan modelo combinado vertical y lateral tan efectivo como el aqu\u00ed presentado.
