La producci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno se realiza empleando catalizadores no convencionales de n\u00edquel soportado sobre magnesia y al\u00famina en un reactor catal\u00edtico. Se analiza la actividad de los catalizadores y la producci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno mediante distintos procesos con metano como son la oxidaci\u00f3n parcial catal\u00edtica (opc), opc h\u00fameda y reformadola purificaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno se realiza en un m\u00f3dulo provisto de una membrana selectiva de hidr\u00f3geno de pdcu depositado en un soporte poroso cer\u00e1mico. Una vez optimizada su preparaci\u00f3n mediante deposici\u00f3n no electrol\u00edtica se caracterizan. Para ello se determina su permeabilidad a distintas temperaturas y realizando ciclos t\u00e9rmicos en atm\u00f3sferas inerte y de hidr\u00f3geno, que puede fragilizar el metal. Una vez preparados los catalizadores y las membranas se integran los dos sistemas y se determinan los par\u00e1metros de operaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimos como la presi\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea de alimentaci\u00f3n y el caudal de gas de arrastre en el m\u00f3dulo de membrana. Ambos par\u00e1metros se optimizan para lograr la m\u00e1xima recuperaci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno en el m\u00f3dulo de membrana. Por \u00faltimos se realizan ensayos completos de producci\u00f3n y purificaci\u00f3n, que permiten observar el rendimiento del sistema y tambi\u00e9n el efecto que los compuestos de la mezcla compleja alimentada a las membranas tienen en su comportamiento. Para concluir la integraci\u00f3n de procesos se realizan ensayos a\u00f1adiendo azufre de forma que el sistema sea m\u00e1s similar al proceso real.
