Schmitz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los problemas de homogeneidad limitan el proceso de asimilaci\u00f3n, integraci\u00f3n y compartici\u00f3n del conocimiento, existen modelos, metodolog\u00edas y tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n diversas, cada una con plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas propias o basadas en desarrollos libres, pero con la limitaci\u00f3n de que no est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas pensando en su integraci\u00f3n. esta tesis aborda esta problem\u00e1tica, ofreciendo una alternativa que permite a los que siguen la metodolog\u00eda propuesta, desarrollar de forma sencilla, aplicaciones de gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento que desde los pasos iniciales buscan la integraci\u00f3n a los procesos clave de la organizaci\u00f3n. as\u00ed mismo, se desarroll\u00f3 para facilitar el proceso una propuesta metodol\u00f3gica apoyada por un sistema de informaci\u00f3n web, que permite integrar esta propuesta a otras metodolog\u00edas, facilitando la selecci\u00f3n de los procesos mas interesantes para la organizaci\u00f3n desde el punto de vista estrat\u00e9gico donde es recomendable iniciar estos esfuerzos.  palabras clave: estructuraci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, anotaci\u00f3n and sharing of knowledge, there are models, methodologies and different information technologies, each with its own technology platforms, but with the limitation that are not tailored integration. this thesis addresses this issue by offering an alternative that allows, following the proposed methodology, develop easily, knowledge management applications from the initial steps that seek to integrate key organizational processes. also, this methodology was developed to facilitate the process supported by a web information system, which can integrate this proposal to other methodologies, facilitating the selection of the most interesting processes for the organization from the strategic point of view where it is advisable to start these efforts.  keywords: technology structuring,
