Hemos utilizado el analisis de mutantes homeotipos de guisante y de las interacciones entre los mismos, para identificar las distintas funciones que posiblemente contribuyen a los procesos anteriormente mencionados, especialmente, a la especificacion de los primordios comunes y los procesos subsiguientes de diferenciacion de petalos y estambres a partir de los mismos.  tambien hemos caracterizado algunos genes mads de guisante previamente aislados en nuestro laboratorio (peam1-peam6), analizando su patron de expresi\u00f3n durante estadios tempranos del desarrollo inflorescente y floral en plantas de fenotipo silvestre y mutante; asi mismo, hemos aislado y caracterizado dos nuevos genes mads de guisante , peam7 y peam8, con homolog\u00eda a genes de funcion c; finalmente, hemos intentado establecer la identidad molecular de los mutantes analizados, mediante estudios de correlacion con los genes mads de guisante posiblemente relacionados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
