Estas tres patolog\u00edas tienen su origen en un mismo proceso fisiopatol\u00f3gico en el que la placa arterioscler\u00f3tica complicada provoca el inicio de las manifestaci ones isqu\u00e9micas. Normalmente, \u00e9ste se debe a la aparici\u00f3n de una fisura en la c\u00e1psula fibrosa que provoca la liberaci\u00f3n a la luz arterial de su contenido, altamente trombog\u00e9nico. Con la consecuente formaci\u00f3n de un trombo y oclusi\u00f3n de la arteria coro naria, lo que conlleva una reducci\u00f3n aguda del flujo sangu\u00edneo y de la oxigenaci\u00f3n mioc\u00e1rdica. A pesar de constituir la primera causa de muerte en los pa\u00edses desarrollados y de presentar una creciente preValencia en los pa\u00edses en v\u00edas de desarrollo n o existe actualmente ning\u00fan biomarcador que permita detectar el proceso degenerativo que origina el sca antes de que este se manifieste cl\u00ednicamente. los factores que contribuyen al desarrollo de una enfermedad cardiovascular son bien conocidos; sin embargo la mayor dificultad para su diagn\u00f3stico radica en que se trata de una enfermedad asintom\u00e1tica que se desarrolla de manera silenciosa y muy progresiva durante a\u00f1os o incluso d\u00e9cadas, de modo que cuando se presenta, el da\u00f1o es muy avanzado e ir reversible. Su elevada preValencia unido a la falta de marcadores diagn\u00f3stico en la pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica, denotan la necesidad de encontrar nuevos biomarcadores con valor cl\u00ednico que permitan realizar un diagn\u00f3stico temprano de la enfermedad con el fin d e instaurar las medidas correctoras necesarias lo antes posible, as\u00ed como establecer una estratificaci\u00f3n de riesgo cardiovascular individualizada para cada paciente.   objetivos 1.\tEstudiar la expresi\u00f3n diferencial de prote\u00ednas en plasma de pacientes  con scasest frente a controles sanos mediante electroforesis bidimensional diferencial en gel (2d-dige) utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de depleci\u00f3n y ecualizaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas mayoritarias. 2.\tEstudiar la posible existencia de un perfil prote\u00f3mico caracter\u00edsti co en plasma de pacientes con scacest mediante el estudio de expresi\u00f3n diferencial de prote\u00ednas frente a controles sanos mediante 2d-dige utilizando
