Para este estudio se ha usado un microscopio \u00f3ptico de campo cercano de tipo dispersi\u00f3n (s-snom) que ofrece las ventajas de ser una t\u00e9cnica de caracterizaci\u00f3n no invasiva, no destructiva y libre de contactos. Utilizando esta t\u00e9cnica se consigue en este trabajo determinar cuantitativamente la conductividad en un nanohilo individual de inp. Adem\u00e1s, la t\u00e9cnica s-snom se ha utilizado para visualizar el perfil radial de portadores libres en secciones transversales de nanohilos de zno. Finalmente, este tesis presenta un estudio detallado sobre los l\u00edmites de resoluci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica s-snom en \u00e1reas peque\u00f1as.
