Se realiza un estudio pormenorizado de la estructura ontol\u00f3gica y cognoscitiva de una forma separada en orden a profundizar en el grado de subsistencia en s\u00ed del esp\u00edritu que se da en los tres niveles de vida intelectual, dios, el \u00e1ngel y el alma humana. Concretamente se estudia la relaci\u00f3n existente entre: infinitud y actualidad; inteligibilidad y conocimiento de s\u00ed; inmaterialidad y autoconciencia. Se profundiza en el significado que tiene para santo tom\u00e1s que una realidad exista en acto en el g\u00e9nero de lo inteligible en orden a valorar adecuadamente el alcance de la potencialidad del
