El complejo sistema experimental utilizado no es comercial, sino que ha sido dise\u00f1ad oy construido en nuestro departamento para el estudio de procesos atmosf\u00e9ricos en fase gaseosa.  el radical tiometilo, ch3s, es uno de los intermedios clave en el proceso troposf\u00e9rica del sulfuro de dimetilo (ch\u00c2\u00b7sch3, dms), principal compuesto natural de s emitido a la atm\u00f3sfera por los oc\u00e9anos, debido a la acci\u00f3n metab\u00f3lica del fitoplancton mariano. Aunque la principal fuente troposf\u00e9rica  de los radicales metoxilo (ch3o) y metilo (ch3) es la oxidaci\u00f3n del metano (ch4) iniciada por el radical hidroxilo (oh), tambi\u00e9n son productos de la oxidaci\u00f3n del dms. Del estudio de estos procesos con la temperatura, se extraen los par\u00e1metros de arrhenius: energ\u00eda de activaci\u00f3n, ea, y el factor pre-exponencial, a. La formaci\u00f3n de ch3o en la recci\u00f3n de ch3 con o3 se ha estudiado a temperatura ambiente y 100 torr en he. La cin\u00e9tica de los radicales ch3 y ch3o con no2 exhibe una fuerte dependencia con la concentraci\u00f3n de gas portador, he, inicando que la componente trimolecular en estas reacciones es importante. Un tratamiento de las constantes de velocidad para estas reacciones de asociaci\u00f3n, basado en el formalismo de troe, permite determinar dichas constantes en los l\u00edmites de baja presi\u00f3n, k0, y de alta presi\u00f3n, k00. En este trabajo, se ha detectado el radical ch3o mediante lif en la reacci\u00f3n de ch3 con o3 a 298k y a una presi\u00f3n total de 100 torr.
