Se prepar\u00f3 un biosensor enzim\u00e1tico amperom\u00e9trico para la determinaci\u00f3n de androsteron a basado en la enzima 3-alfa-hidroxiesteroide deshidrogenasa (3-alfa-hsd) inmovilizada en plataformas sensoras nanoestructuradas con nanotubos de carbono, un l\u00edquido i\u00f3nico y nanopart\u00edculas de oro. Tambi\u00e9n se desarrollaron dos inmunosensores electroq u\u00edmicos basados en el empleo de part\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas y electrodos serigrafiados de carbono para la determinaci\u00f3n de las hormonas prolactina y de cortisol. En este \u00faltimo caso tambi\u00e9n se emple\u00f3 como transductor un electrodo nanoestructurado de tama\u00f1o  microm\u00e9trico. Finalmente, se prepar\u00f3 un inmunosensor basado en la modificaci\u00f3n de una superficie electr\u00f3dica de carbono con sales de diazonio, que se aplic\u00f3 a la detecci\u00f3n de adrenocorticotropina hunama (acth). Esta estrategia de modificaci\u00f3n fue ap licada con \u00e9xito a un electrodo serigrafiado de carbono en configuraci\u00f3n dual para la determinaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de cortisol y acth. debe destacarse la originalidad de los dispositivos desarrollados, siendo la mayor parte las primeras configuraciones d e sensores electroqu\u00edmicos descritos en la bibliograf\u00eda. En cada caso se optimiz\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o del sensor, el procedimiento de preparaci\u00f3n del mismo y las etapas implicadas en la determinaci\u00f3n. Una vez establecido el calibrado para cada analito, se eval uaron las caracter\u00edsticas anal\u00edticas del m\u00e9todo desarrollado, considerando la sensibilidad, l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n, selectividad, reproducibilidad y tiempo de vida, entre otras. Por \u00faltimo, la utilidad de los biosensores e inmunosensores se demostr\u00f3 por  aplicaci\u00f3n al an\u00e1lisis de suero humano y orina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
