{"id":113931,"date":"2013-11-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-11-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/mujer-formacion-y-empleo\/"},"modified":"2013-11-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2013-11-03T00:00:00","slug":"mujer-formacion-y-empleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/complutense-de-madrid\/mujer-formacion-y-empleo\/","title":{"rendered":"Mujer, formaci\u00f3n y empleo"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Montserrat Blanco Garcia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Con esta tesis se pretende realizar una aportaci\u00f3n al conocimiento existente acerca de la situaci\u00f3n de la mujer en la actualidad respecto a la formaci\u00f3n, el beneficio que de \u00e9sta obtienen de cara al mercado laboral y c\u00f3mo estas cuestiones afectan a s u proyecto vital. para ello, siguiendo una metodolog\u00eda cualitativa de investigaci\u00f3n se escuch\u00f3 a personas expertas en el tema, a responsables de personal y a mujeres de alcal\u00e1 de henares. Las l\u00edneas de indagaci\u00f3n que han guiado el trabajo son: educac i\u00f3n; empleo; conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida laboral, familiar y personal; maternidad, familia y el proyecto de vida personal. entre las conclusiones m\u00e1s relevantes obtenidas encontramos que, la formaci\u00f3n aparece como un factor de protecci\u00f3n ante el abandono  del empleo. Las mujeres, en la actualidad, han alcanzado las cotas m\u00e1s altas de formaci\u00f3n de la historia pero esta situaci\u00f3n no se est\u00e1 viendo refleja en el mercado laboral, marcado todav\u00eda por un importante grado de segregaci\u00f3n tanto horizontal com o vertical. Asimismo encontramos un modelo de organizaci\u00f3n pensado por y para el hombre que, bajo el amparo de criterios neutros, sustenta un modelo social y empresarial patriarcal. En el hogar, si bien se van produciendo peque\u00f1os avances, las respon sabilidades siguen recayendo principalmente sobre ellas. para concluir podemos se\u00f1alar que es necesario potenciar una escuela realmente coeducativa y no segregadora, con un sistema de orientaci\u00f3n profesional que garantice elecciones libres de estereo tipos de g\u00e9nero. Desde la organizaci\u00f3n empresarial introducir medidas de flexibilizaci\u00f3n de horarios, trabajo por objetivos y, junto con las administraciones, adoptar medidas y recursos que favorezcan la conciliaci\u00f3n de la vida laboral, familiar y pe rsonal. Es necesario un profundo cambio en la organizaci\u00f3n, social, laboral, educativa, familiar\u00c2\u00bf realizado desde la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, que permita a las personas la construcci\u00f3n
