Para ello, se han abordado dos tareas bien diferenciadas. En primer lugar, se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda organocatal\u00edtica asim\u00e9trica para la obtenci\u00f3n de un amplio rango de ciclohexil carboxilatos densamente funcionalizados y con cuatro centros estereog\u00e9nicos, dos de ellos cuaternarios, consistente en un proceso en cascada michael\/henry mediado por catalizadores bifuncionales capaces de activar los sustratos por enlaces de hidr\u00f3geno. Adicionalmente, se ha demostrado la posibilidad de llevar a cabo el proceso desde productos de partida disponibles comercialmente a trav\u00e9s de una metodolog\u00eda one-pot, manteni\u00e9ndose la estereoselecci\u00f3n con una mejora en el rendimiento global.En segundo lugar, se ha llevado a cabo el dise\u00f1o y la s\u00edntesis de aminocatalizadores quirales con base estructural de \u00c2\u00bf,\u00c2\u00bf-diarilprolinol compatibles con medios acuosos y sobre soporte polim\u00e9rico capaces de promover procesos catalizados v\u00eda i\u00f3n iminio. Los catalizadores se han testado con \u00e9xito en procesos en cascada michael\/\u00c2\u00bf-alquilaci\u00f3n y en procesos michael\/mannich. En otro \u00e1mbito diferente y como resultado de una estancia corta realizada en la universidad de estocolmo bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de la dra.
