De esta manera se puede evaluar la ecoestructura de los tejidos y su elasticidad, como propiedad intr\u00ednseca.  Esta memoria como compendio de art\u00edculos, parte de un biomodelo experimental de esteatosis animal previo en el que se evalu\u00f3 la validez interna de esta t\u00e9cnica, en relaci\u00f3n con el est\u00e1ndar de referencia (anatom\u00eda patol\u00f3gica). En primer lugar se analiza su fiabilidad interobservador en un grupo control de 50 voluntarios sanos y se establecen los par\u00e1metros de normalidad en h\u00edgados para esta t\u00e9cnica. En segundo lugar, se analiza el grado en que los resultados de un estudio son generalizables a otras poblaciones distintas a la estudiada en un primer momento (biomodelo animal), como es un grupo de pacientes con obesidad m\u00f3rbida. Como conclusi\u00f3n final se establece un algoritmo que combina ecograf\u00eda y arfi, para el diagn\u00f3stico precoz de esteatohepatitis no alcoh\u00f3lica. Por \u00faltimo se hace un repaso a las indicaciones de la t\u00e9cnica arfi en la medicina actual, evaluando las limitaciones de la t\u00e9cnica y aportando soluciones pr\u00e1cticas para solventarlas.  key words: acoustic radiation force impulse, elastography, ultrasound, liver, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (nafld), nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (nash), liver fibrosis, experimental animal model, ealthy volunteers, morbid obesity, bariatric surgery.  abstract: arfi (acoustic radiation force impulse) combines ultrasound imagen and elastography in a single platform. In this way one can evaluate the echostructure tissues and elasticity as an intrinsic property. Herein begins with an animal steatosis biomodel, previously evaluated internal validity of this technique, relative to the gold standard (pathology). Firstly, a control group of 50 healthy volunteers is analyzed to observe interobserver variablility and establish the normal liver parameters. Secondarily, we estimated are likely to be generalizable to other population, (morbidly obese patients). As a final conclusion provides an algorithm that combines ultrasound and arfi, for early diagnosis of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. Finally, we review the indications arfi technique in medicine today, evaluating the limitations of the technique and providing practical solutions to solve them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
