En la primera, el patr\u00f3n de interferencia se transfiere a la resina y posteriormente mediante procesos adicionales, se obtiene la estructura deseada.  por ello se optimiza el proceso de fotolitograf\u00eda mediante interferencia l\u00e1ser con el objetivo de conseguir estructuras en resina con patrones cercanos al l\u00edmite del sistema: 200 &#8211; 300 nm. mediante esta t\u00e9cnica se han fabricado tres tipos de estructuras differentes: a) l\u00edneas de oro de 210 nm de periodo, b) microcanales de platino de 600 nm de periodo y c) la fabricaci\u00f3n de un cristal fot\u00f3nico en un l\u00e1ser de semiconductor de tipo pcsel.  en la segunda parte del trabajo se utiliza la t\u00e9cnica direct l\u00e1ser interference patterning (dlip) sobre silicio cristalino para obtener tres tipos de estructuras: nano-tips, micro-ripples y nano-ripples. Se han estudiado la influencia de los principales par\u00e1metros de proceso (fluencia y n\u00famero de pulsos) y se han explicado los procesos que inducen la creaci\u00f3n de este tipo de estructuras.   este trabajo pretende establecer la base para el desarrollo futuro de aplicaci\u00f3nes en campos como los microsistemas y la fot\u00f3nica entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
