Tanto las pretensiones como las caracter\u00edsticas de la investigaci\u00f3n justifican su elecci\u00f3n. Los casos son los de cuatro empresas, pymes y grandes empresas, internacionalizadas, con una antig\u00ed\u00bcedad superior a 20 a\u00f1os, pertenecientes a los sectores de alimentaci\u00f3n, pl\u00e1stico, fitosanitario y de transporte, ubicadas en la regi\u00f3n de murcia. los hallazgos revelan que este proceso presenta una naturaleza dual, que equilibra el mayor grado de control exigido por el entorno internacional con el mayor grado de adaptabilidad y flexibilidad necesario en la respuesta de las organizaciones. El estudio pone de manifiesto que las organizaciones que compiten en el entorno global son adaptables y flexibles pero tambi\u00e9n estables y controladas.  su liderazgo ha evolucionado hacia la participaci\u00f3n, la delegaci\u00f3n, la accesibilidad y el di\u00e1logo, implementado nuevos valores necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos de la visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica. Estos valores son: la comunicaci\u00f3n, la participaci\u00f3n, el entusiasmo, la apertura y la responsabilidad. Las creencias de la direcci\u00f3n originan el proceso y act\u00faan con los objetivos, valores y liderazgo en la fase inicial, la fase germinal. Adem\u00e1s, destinan numerosos recursos a la innovaci\u00f3n de productos\/servicios, procesos, sistemas de gesti\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00eda y a la formaci\u00f3n de sus recursos humanos.  Tambi\u00e9n, realizan una constante actualizaci\u00f3n de su imagen, especialmente a trav\u00e9s del logotipo y la p\u00e1gina web, que incorpora la simbolog\u00eda de las certificaciones en calidad y medioambiente, como factor competitivo, nacional e internacionalmente. Internamente, perfeccionan los rituales de acogida y de trabajo, que favorecen la comunicaci\u00f3n y el control. Estas actuaciones se dan en la fase de desarrollo y en la de perfeccionamiento. la flexibilidad estructural necesaria para responder r\u00e1pida y eficazmente deriva del trabajo en equipo, de la mejora de la comunicaci\u00f3n &#8211; especialmente horizontal-, y de la descentralizaci\u00f3n de la toma de decisiones. Estos elementos se combinan con unos mayores requerimientos de formalizaci\u00f3n, planificaci\u00f3n y control con los que satisfacer los est\u00e1ndares exigidos por el mercado. Las modificaciones estructurales se dan en la fase de desarrollo. La estructura resultante es una estructura &quot;hipertexto&quot; ligada al aprendizaje, a la acumulaci\u00f3n y a la gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento. por su parte, la cultura organizativa que capacita a las empresas para este aprendizaje, acumulaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento con el que actualizarse, desarrollarse y mantenerse en el entorno global\/internacional tiene una naturaleza mixta, de adhocracia-mercado en las organizaciones cuya orientaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica es exploradora, y de mercado-clan en las que poseen una orientaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica analizadora. esta cultura es una &quot;cultura de la comunicaci\u00f3n\/informaci\u00f3n, de la innovaci\u00f3n, de la calidad, de la participaci\u00f3n, de la cualificaci\u00f3n\/formaci\u00f3n y del equipo&quot;. Este capital axiol\u00f3gico permite a las organizaciones estar alineadas, de manera que la estructura, la estrategia y la cultura son congruentes entre s\u00ed y cooperan para alcanzar los objetivos de la visi\u00f3n  estrat\u00e9gica de las empresas analizadas.     this dissertation studies the process by means of which organizations adapt themselves to the global environment, and incorporate the changes through their culture in a coherent way.  the aims of the research are: &#8211;\tto know the process by means of which the company adapts itself to a change of environment and takes the necessary actions; &#8211;\tto determine the factors that take part in this process; &#8211;\tto know the trends in the evolution of the mentioned factors; &#8211;\tto determine the order of  intervention of these factors and their connections; &#8211;\tto know the resulting cultural, strategic and structural components; &#8211;\tto determine the orientation or cultural, strategic and structural features of the organization; &#8211;\tto know the degree of coherence shared by its organizational culture, strategy and structure; &#8211;\tto build a theory about the analysed process. case study has been applied as research methodology. The aims and characteristics of this dissertation justify the choice. Four international murcian companies which belong to food, plastic, phytosanitary and transport sectors have been studied. They are all over 20 years old and range from small to large-sized businesses.  the findings show that this process presents a dual nature that balances both, the greater degree of control required by the international environment and the greater degree of adaptability and flexibility necessary in the response of these companies. The study points out that organizations that compete in the global environment are flexible and adaptable, but also stable and controlled. their leadership has evolved towards participation, delegation, accessibility and dialogue, and has implemented new values necessary to achieve the goals of the strategic vision. These values are communication, participation, enthusiasm, openness and responsibility.  The management beliefs trigger the process and work with the goals, values and leadership in the initial phase, the germinal phase.  numerous resources are allocated to the innovation of products, services, processes, management systems, technology and human resources training. In addition, these companies update their image constantly, especially through their logotypes and their web, which incorporates the symbols related to quality and environmental certifications as national and international competitive factors. Internally, they have been improved working and reception rituals which contribute to communication and control. These actions take place in the development and improvement phase. the structural flexibility required for a rapid and efficient response comes from teamwork, the improvement of communication &#8211; especially the horizontal one, and the descentralizalized decision making. These elements are combined with higher demands of formalization, planning and control to meet the standards required by the market. The structural modifications take place in the development phase. The resulting structure is a &quot;hypertext&quot; structure linked to learning, accumulation and knowledge management. the organizational culture that enables companies to learn, gather and manage knowledge in order to modernize, grow and stay in a global environment, has a mixed nature: the &quot;adhocracy-markert&quot; in organizations with an exploring strategic orientation; and the &quot;clan-market&quot; in those with an analyzing strategy. the resulting culture is a &quot;culture of information\/communication, of innovation, quality, participation, qualification\/training and teamwork&quot;. This axiological capital enables the companies to align themselves. As a result, their structure, strategy and culture are consistent and contribute to the goals within of the strategic vision of the analyzed companies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
