Primero se sintetizaron mips mediante polimerizaci\u00f3n en masa conhexadecano y tolueno como por\u00f3genos. No se obtuvieron resultados de alta especificidad, por lo que seprocedi\u00f3 a sintetizar mips en polimerizaci\u00f3n en miniemulsi\u00f3n. Se realiz\u00f3 un estudio del efecto del lavadodel emulsificante, que supuso un aumento en la capacidad de recombinaci\u00f3n, pero no as\u00ed en suespecificidad. Con lo cual se decidi\u00f3 cambiar de mol\u00e9cula molde.Se eligi\u00f3 el propranolol como molde para sintetizar mips debido a su extensivo uso en la literatura. Trascomprobar que se obten\u00edan mips espec\u00edficos de propranolol por polimerizaci\u00f3n en masa, se realiz\u00f3 unestudio entre distintos entrecruzadores de cadena, entre los que se incluyeron tres sim\u00e9tricos condiferentes longitudes de cadena y uno asim\u00e9trico. El entrecruzador de tama\u00f1o intermedio y el asim\u00e9tricomejoraron los resultados del entrecruzador de tama\u00f1o peque\u00f1o, lo que supone una mejor\u00eda respecto aresultados presentes en la literatura.Basado en los resultados de los mips de propranolol obtenidos mediante polimerizaci\u00f3n en masa, sesintetizaron mips por polimerizaci\u00f3n en miniemulsi\u00f3n. La estabilidad del sistema disperso result\u00f3complicada, pero la combinaci\u00f3n de emulsificantes no-i\u00f3nicos y cati\u00f3nicos aument\u00f3 dicha estabilidad.
