Albicans, es el hongo oportunista m\u00e1s importante desde el punto de vista epidemiol\u00f3gico en pacientes cr\u00edticos a nivel mundial y se ha documentado el aumento de la participaci\u00f3n de otras especies no-candida. Por este motivo el objetivo principal de este trabajo fue la implementaci\u00f3n de una estrategia prote\u00f3mica, para el estudio de las prote\u00ednas de la superficie de levaduras e hifas de c. Albicans obtenidas a 37\u00c2\u00bac, con el prop\u00f3sito de encontrar marcadores diagn\u00f3stico, prote\u00ednas can didatas a vacunas y\/o dianas terap\u00e9uticas. Se implement\u00f3 la misma estrategia prote\u00f3mica para el estudio de la superficie celular en otras especies de candida como c. Tropicalis, c. Parapsilosis y c. Glabrata. A partir de los resultados obtenidos en esta aproximaci\u00f3n prote\u00f3mica, se escogieron: ecm33 y bgl2 prote\u00ednas implicadas en la arquitectura y biog\u00e9nesis de la pared celular de estas levaduras.
