Estos par\u00e1metros \u00e9ticos son aquellos que, mediante el consenso de los profesionales, han sido elaborados en los c\u00f3digos \u00e9ticos de mayor repercusi\u00f3n nacional e internacional y que fueron suscritos por distintas asociaciones de periodistas. sin embargo, para poder concluir el objetivo principal de la investigaci\u00f3n, \u00e9ste, a su vez, debe subdividirse en varios objetivos secundarios, \u00edntimamente relacionados con las variables empleadas en el trabajo de campo, y cuya relevancia y repetici\u00f3n en los textos (y, por tanto, incumplimiento de los preceptos \u00e9ticos) configuran el objetivo principal de la no observancia \u00e9tica en general. Nos referimos a los siguientes: a) detectar el incumplimiento de los preceptos \u00e9ticos que abogan por la veracidad, dejando de lado la parcialidad y la subjetividad del profesional. b) delimitar que no existe un uso correcto y \u00e9tico en la distinci\u00f3n de los distintos g\u00e9neros period\u00edsticos. c) corroborar si en la prensa deportiva espa\u00f1ola se incluye con asiduidad el rumor como elemento noticioso. d) determinar si existe un uso excesivo de elementos sensacionalistas en este tipo de prensa. e) averiguar si, mediante el lenguaje especializado del periodismo deportivo, se introducen connotaciones violentas o susceptibles de inducir a la violencia. f) analizar si se realizan y se introducen en las noticias manifestaciones y connotaciones que tratan de influir en los lectores a favor de determinados equipos (normalmente el equipo de la ciudad de donde se edita el medio). g) demostrar si se realizan acusaciones infundadas de corrupci\u00f3n arbitral e institucional de manera intencionada sin observar la escrupulosidad informativa que promulgan los c\u00f3digos deontol\u00f3gicos.  metodolog\u00eda en nuestra investigaci\u00f3n se empleo una ficha t\u00e9cnica.  \u00e9sta estaba compuesta por siete variables, dividida a su vez en varias subvariables, que en realidad son incumplimientos \u00e9ticos recogidos en los c\u00f3digos deontol\u00f3gicos. Las variables empleadas fueron las siguientes: -parcialidad-subjetividad -mezcla de g\u00e9neros -rumor-rigurosidad -sensacionalismo -lenguaje violento -manipulaci\u00f3n-servilismo -acusaciones infundadas de corrupci\u00f3n arbitral y estamental la poblaci\u00f3n de nuestra investigaci\u00f3n se centra en los cuatro diarios deportivos impresos m\u00e1s le\u00eddos en espa\u00f1a en 2011, los peri\u00f3dicos marca y as, editados en Madrid y sport y mundo deportivo, editados en barcelona. El trabajo de campo sobre estos diarios se especific\u00f3 en las secciones que tienen dedicada a los equipos de f\u00fatbol de real Madrid y f.C. Barcelona. La investigaci\u00f3n se delimit\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s en la elecci\u00f3n de los textos analizados. Se escogieron \u00fanicamente aquellos m\u00e1s representativos y extensos, los que ocuparon media p\u00e1gina o m\u00e1s de los diarios, y solamente las noticias, cr\u00f3nicas y reportajes (elimin\u00e1ndose los textos anal\u00edticos y de opini\u00f3n). por \u00faltimo el espacio temporal se limit\u00f3 a un mes, del 1 de agosto de 2011 al 31 de agosto de 2011, lo que supone un espectro representativo, pues se clasificaron 124 ejemplares y se analiz\u00f3 una muestra total de 929 textos. conclusiones podemos concluir, en base a los datos emp\u00edricos del trabajo de campo, que los c\u00f3digos deontol\u00f3gicos no son respetados, como as\u00ed debieran, por los profesionales de la prensa deportiva, m\u00e1s bien todo lo contrario, pues, los \u00edndices, sobre los conceptos sancionados en los c\u00f3digos, que muestra el estudio, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos son excesivamente altos. se infringen los diversos art\u00edculos de estos c\u00f3digos, restringiendo, de esta forma, el derecho de la ciudadan\u00eda a una informaci\u00f3n veraz, necesaria para alcanzar el ideal informativo democr\u00e1tico, no de manera aislada, sino en gran parte de los objetivos secundarios de manera continuada y sobredimensionada. De todas formas, para llegar a una conclusi\u00f3n definitiva sobre la no observancia de los c\u00f3digos deontol\u00f3gicos, antes se deb\u00edan verificar varios objetivos secundarios que compondr\u00edan el objetivo principal. \u00e9stos fueron comprobados y ha quedado demostrado que nos hall\u00e1bamos en lo cierto al presuponerlos. abstract  goals the main goal of this research is to demonstrate that the spanish sports press does not meet the ethical standards promulgated from ethical codes of journalism. These ethical standards are those which, by consensus of the professionals, have been elaborated in the very important, national and international, ethical codes and they were subscribed by various journalist associations. however, in order to complete the main objective of the investigation, this, in addition, could be subdivided into several secondary objectives, closely related with the variables used in the field, and whose relevance and repetition in the text (and therefore, breach of the ethical) form the main objective of the non-observance ethics in general. We refer to the following: a) detect the failure of the ethical principles that advocate truthfulness, far from the bias and subjectivity of the practitioner. b) delineate that is not proper and ethical use in different journalistic genres. c) verify if the spanish sports press regularly included rumor as news item. d) determine if there is an excessive use of such sensationalist elements in this kind of press. e) to research if, through the specialized language of sports journalism, violent connotations are introduced to lead violence. f) analyze if are realized and introduced in the news representations and connotations that can influence in the readers in favor of local teams (usually the team of the city where is edited the newspaper). g) demonstrate if are made unfounded intentionally accusations of corruption in the referee without observing the aims promulgate in the codes of ethics.  methodology a table of variables are used in our research. It was composed of seven variables, divided, at the same time, into several sub variables, which are actually collected within ethical breaches from ethical codes. The variables used were: -bias-subjectivity -gender mixture -rumor-thoroughness -sensationalism -violent language -manipulation-servility unfounded accusations of corruption in referees and football leaders the sample of our research are focused on the four most readied sports newspapers printed in spain in 2011, diaries marca and as, published in Madrid and sport and mundo deportivo, published in barcelona. Fieldwork on a day specified in these sections has dedicated to football teams real Madrid and fc barcelona. The research is further delineated in the choice of the sport texts analyzed. We chose only those of most representative and widespread, which occupied half a page or more of the diaries, and only the news, articles and reports (eliminating editorial texts and opinion). finally the temporal space in our research was limited to one month, from august 1, 2011 to august 31, 2011, which is a representative range, so 124 samples were classified and were analyzed of 929 texts as a hole. conclusions our conclusions, in based to empirical data from fieldwork, demonstrate that ethical codes are not respected, as well they should, by professionals in the sport press, rather the opposite, because, indexes, over the sanctioned codes concepts, which shows our research, in most cases are excessively high. they violate various articles of the codes, restricting consequently, the right of the public to accurate information necessary to achieve the informative ideal democratic, not in an isolated way, but in much of the secondary objectives on an ongoing basis and oversized. However, to reach a definitive conclusion on the non-observance of ethical codes, previously several secondary objectives were verified to compose the main goal.
