Para ello se analiz\u00f3 la fuerza isom\u00e9trica m\u00e1xima y su variabilidad inter e intraobservador, as\u00ed como el comportamiento electromiogr\u00e1fico de b\u00edceps y tr\u00edceps en diferentes ejercicios din\u00e1micos sobre una poblaci\u00f3n de 23 sujetos sanos. Se determin\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la influencia del g\u00e9nero y de la dominancia. los resultados de las mediciones dinamom\u00e9tricas mostraron valores m\u00e1s altos de fuerza  isom\u00e9trica en los varones, observ\u00e1ndose una alta correlaci\u00f3n con la talla y el peso corporal. Un cci&gt;0.71 en todas las mediciones demostr\u00f3 la fiabilidad y reproductibilidad de este m\u00e9todo a 90\u00c2\u00ba de flexi\u00f3n.  No se encontraron diferencias en cuanto a la lateralidad. la actividad emgs aument\u00f3 con la carga e intensidad del ejercicio din\u00e1mico, principalmente en el b\u00edceps. Se demostr\u00f3 la gran influencia del sexo y la dominancia sobre los resultados.  palabras clave: emgs, contracci\u00f3n isom\u00e9trica, diferencias de g\u00e9nero, b\u00edceps braquial.   the aim of this study was to make contributions to the knowledge of isometric dynamometry and surface electromyography of the elbow joint. We analyzed the maximal isometric force and inter-intraobserver variability also the electromyographic behavior of biceps and triceps brachii in different dynamic exercises on a population of 23 healthy  people. We determined the influence of gender and dominance too. dynamometric measurements showed higher values of isometric strength in men, showing a high correlation with height and body weight. An icc&gt;0.71 for all measurements demonstrated the reliability and reproducibility of this method at 90\u00c2\u00ba of elbow flexion. There were no differences between dominant and nondominant side.  the semg activity increased with the load and intensity of dynamic exercise mainly in the biceps brachii.
