Los nanogeles obtenidos presentan una mejora en la solubilidad del quitosano en medio acuoso y muestran sensibilidad frente al ph, hinch\u00e1ndose en medio \u00e1cido. Su capacidad de hinchamiento est\u00e1 notablemente influenciada por la estructura qu\u00edmica del agente entrecruzante. Se ha conseguido la funcionalizaci\u00f3n de los nanogeles con \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico en microemulsi\u00f3n inversa, dot\u00e1ndoles as\u00ed de la capacidad de reconocimiento de tejidos cancer\u00edgenos. Estos nanogeles vectorizados mejoran su solubilidad y presentan un comportamiento de hinchamiento sensible al ph id\u00f3neo para actuar como posibles soportes transportadores de f\u00e1rmacos anticancer\u00edgenos con liberaci\u00f3n exclusiva en las c\u00e9lulas tumorales, lo que se ha verificado con el antineopl\u00e1sico 5-fluoracilo. Igualmente, estas nanopart\u00edculas son susceptibles de degradaci\u00f3n enzim\u00e1tica y pueden ser f\u00e1cilmente modificados con isotiocianato de fluoresce\u00edna para obtener derivados fluorescentes. Todas estas caracter\u00edsticas convierten a estos nanogeles en dispositivos potencialmente interesantes para las nuevas formas de terapia contra el c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
