En la primera parte se realiza una revisi\u00f3n te\u00f3rica sobre la conceptualizaci\u00f3n, necesidades y barreras de la tutor\u00eda, as\u00ed como de las relaciones que se establecen entre \u00e9sta y la calidad universitaria. En la segunda, se presenta un estudio emp\u00edrico realizado en la facultad de educaci\u00f3n de la universidad de murcia, que se plantea conocer y analizar la percepci\u00f3n, uso y valoraci\u00f3n de la tutor\u00eda universitaria por parte de los estudiantes. Los resultados muestran un pobre desarrollo de la tutor\u00eda universitaria y un nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n con la misma medio bajo. abstract university tutoring is outlined as an important quality element of university, answering student and society&apos;s demands. Moreover, bologna process and normative development, with the approval of the student statute, turn the tutoring into a right of the students and an obligation for the university. In the first part of this thesis is presented a theoretical review about the conceptualization, needs and barriers of the tutorship, as well as the relationship with university quality. The second part introduces the empirical study done in the educational faculty of the university of murcia, wich has as a principal purpose to know, and analize perception, use and valoration of university tutoring by the students.
