El cap\u00edtulo 4 muestra el dise\u00f1o de un segundo prototipo con las mejoras que incorpora respecto al primero, que lo convierten en un sistema m\u00e1s completo, vers\u00e1til y f\u00e1cil de manejar. Tambi\u00e9n figuran las medidas realizadas con \u00e9l. El cap\u00edtulo 5 muestra un estudio de fotodegradaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edmeros conductores en funci\u00f3n de la radiaci\u00f3n incidente, combinando microscop\u00eda electrost\u00e1tica y kelvin con t\u00e9cnicas \u00f3pticas.  palabras clave  microscop\u00eda de fuerzas (sfm) microscop\u00eda \u00f3ptica microscop\u00eda electrost\u00e1tica (esfm) microscop\u00eda kelvin (kpm) pol\u00edmeros conductores                in this work we have developed an scanning force microscope (sfm) equipped with electrostatic and kelvin probe microscopy (esfm, kpm), specially designed for integration into an inverted optical microscope in order to combine near-field techniques with optical techniques.               after an introduction (chapter 1) and the description of the experimental techniques (chapter 2), are described the features of the design of a first prototype, as well as the measurements made with it in order to verify proper operation (chapter 3). The chapter 4 shows the design of a second prototype that incorporates the improvements over the first, making it more comprehensive, versatile and easy to handle. Also are shown the measurements performed with it. The chapter 5 shows a photodegradation study of conductive polymers as a function of incident radiation combining kpm with optical techniques.  keywords  scanning force microcopy (sfm) optical
