trabajo de esta tesis abarca la fabricaci\u00f3n de diodos emisores de luz org\u00e1nicos e h\u00edbridos que puedan funcionar como fuentes de luz integrados en aplicaciones optoelectr\u00f3nicas complejas.Para ello, se han estudiado y caracterizado materiales avanzados y se han desarrollado procedimientos de fabricaci\u00f3n con el objetivo de satisfacer demandas de mercado para la comercializaci\u00f3n de una nueva generaci\u00f3n de dispositivos emisores.En esta tesis primeramente, se han empleado puntos cu\u00e1nticos inorg\u00e1nicos mezclados con un pol\u00edmero emisor para conseguir una fuente de luz que pueda variar de color en funci\u00f3n del voltaje aplicado.Posteriormente, se han integrado estructuras fot\u00f3nicas basadas en multicapas porosas de nanopart\u00edculas inorg\u00e1nicas de titania y s\u00edlice en diodos emisores de luz est\u00e1ndares con el objetivo de obtener un color de emisi\u00f3n m\u00e1s puro.Asimismo, el trabajo se ha centrado en fabricar diodos emisores de luz transparentes, flexibles y procesables por disoluci\u00f3n y en reemplazar el electrodo ito con el fin de reducir los costes de fabricaci\u00f3n y la dependencia con un material poco abundante como es el indio.Por \u00faltimo, se ha intentado demostrar la aplicabilidad de los diodos emisores de luz org\u00e1nicos como fuentes de luz micro-estructuradas en sensores de posicionamiento \u00f3pticos y displays de informaci\u00f3n, cubriendo as\u00ed toda la escala de valores de dicha tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
