Clave para un tratamiento efectivo es la detecci\u00f3n prematura de estas enfermedades. Para llevar a cabo este objetivo es necesario tener un sensor de \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n de alta resoluci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1o tama\u00f1o.  en este trabajo, se presenta un novedoso dise\u00f1o basado en el trabajo te\u00f3rico de nemova et al. Basado en resonancias plasm\u00f3nicas en una estructura 3d h\u00edbrida de metal\/diel\u00e9ctrico. La realizaci\u00f3n de este innovador sensor depende, adem\u00e1s, de la habilidad de fabricar estructuras met\u00e1licas peri\u00f3dicas submicrom\u00e9tricas, as\u00ed como de gu\u00edas de onda \u00f3pticas de bajas p\u00e9rdidas.  por tanto, esta tesis presenta todas las herramientas necesarias para la fabricaci\u00f3n de sensores de \u00edndice de refracci\u00f3n ultracompactos y de alta resoluci\u00f3n.  en la primera parte, se demuestra una novedosa t\u00e9cnica que permite la fabricaci\u00f3n de estructuras peri\u00f3dicas en grandes \u00e1reas met\u00e1licas utilizando litograf\u00eda por interferencia laser avanzada. En contraste con trabajos anteriores, este m\u00e9todo permite la fabricaci\u00f3n de estas estructuras submicrom\u00e9tricas que cubren un \u00e1rea de 1 cm2. Adem\u00e1s, los resultados experimentales muestran excitaci\u00f3n plasm\u00f3nica superficial.  en la segunda parte, se presenta un detallado estudio de las gu\u00edas de onda utilizando escritura directa con un l\u00e1ser de femtosegundos, al igual que un an\u00e1lisis de las propiedades en funci\u00f3n de la profundidad de las gu\u00edas de onda en el vidrio. Esta secci\u00f3n incluye tambi\u00e9n un estudio de las diferentes regiones de estabilidad t\u00e9rmicas que se pueden identificar en estas gu\u00edas de onda. Basado en estos resultados, se demuestra tambi\u00e9n una novedosa t\u00e9cnica de fabricaci\u00f3n de gu\u00edas de onda integradas con p\u00e9rdidas de curvatura sin precedentes y perfiles de \u00edndices de refracci\u00f3n optimizados.  en resumen, estos dos estudios han desarrollado todas las t\u00e9cnicas que, en un futuro cercano, permitir\u00e1n la fabricaci\u00f3n de sensores
