Partiendo de un mejor conocimiento de la personalidad del alumno como aprendiz. Para ello se han seleccionado unas variables (capacidades y aptitudes cognitivas, motivaci\u00f3n, destrezas de aprendizaje y, t\u00e9cnicas y h\u00e1bitos de estudio) que, organizadas en forma de un cuestionario de estilos de aprendizaje (amdt), al actuar sobre ellas se pueda mejorar el aprendizaje en el aula. Se trata, por tanto, de aportar al docente un instrumento para identificar el estilo de aprendizaje de sus alumnos, facilit\u00e1ndole un recurso para mejorar sus posibilidades de ense\u00f1ar y una gu\u00eda a sus alumnos para reflexionar y rentabilizar su propio aprendizaje.   la metodolog\u00eda empleada es cuasi experimental desarrollada a trav\u00e9s de distintas fases como, la validaci\u00f3n por parte del profesorado de las variables que conforman la propuesta de estilos de aprendizaje, la valoraci\u00f3n por parte del profesorado de la adecuaci\u00f3n de las variables de estilos de aprendizaje seleccionadas para definir los tipos de alumnado-aprendizaje que se dan en el aula, la validaci\u00f3n por parte del profesorado y del alumnado de los \u00edtems que conforman el cuestionario, y por \u00faltimo, la elaboraci\u00f3n y utilizaci\u00f3n del cuestionario amdt para mejorar la pr\u00e1ctica educativa en la educaci\u00f3n secundaria obligatoria.   las conclusiones nos llevan a aceptar dicho cuestionario como un instrumento eficaz, tanto para el alumnado como para el profesorado, para trabajar los aspectos que reflejen sus \u00edtems, consiguiendo en la pr\u00e1ctica atender a la diversidad de forma eficiente. La apreciaci\u00f3n final, despu\u00e9s de este trabajo de campo, es que recursos de este tipo son necesarios para mejorar el proceso de e\/a, haciendo viable y necesaria la psicopedagog\u00eda para el  siglo xxi en los centros de educaci\u00f3n secundaria.    this research aims to answer the practical need to address diversity in eso based on a better knowledge of the student&apos;s personality as a trainee. This will have selected some variables (skills and cognitive skills, motivation, learning skills, study skills and habits) that are organized as a learning style questionnaire (amdt), to act on them can improve classroom learning. It is therefore to provide the teacher a tool to identify the learning style of their students, providing a resource to improve your chances to teach and guide their students to reflect and monetize their own learning.   the quasi-experimental methodology is developed through various stages as validation by faculty of the variables which constitute the proposed learning styles, assessment by teachers in the adaptation of learning styles variables selected for define the types of students and learning that occur in the classroom, validation by faculty and students of the items that make up the questionnaire, and finally, the development and use of amdt questionnaire to improve educational practice in education secondary.   the findings lead us to accept the questionnaire as an effective tool for both students and for teachers to work on issues that reflect their items, getting in practice dealing with diversity efficiently. The final assessment after the field work is that such resources are needed to improve the teaching and learning processes, making possible and necessary for the xxi century psychology in secondary
