{"id":114528,"date":"2018-03-11T10:42:36","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:42:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efecto-de-flavonoides-extractos-de-fresno-spergularia-y-granada-sobre-ratones-diabeticos-db-db\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:42:36","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:42:36","slug":"efecto-de-flavonoides-extractos-de-fresno-spergularia-y-granada-sobre-ratones-diabeticos-db-db","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/patologia-animal\/efecto-de-flavonoides-extractos-de-fresno-spergularia-y-granada-sobre-ratones-diabeticos-db-db\/","title":{"rendered":"Efecto de flavonoides (extractos de fresno, spergularia y granada) sobre ratones diab\u00e9ticos db\/db"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Violeta Vilaplana Vivo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La dm constituye un trastorno metab\u00f3lico caracterizado por niveles elevados de glucosa en sangre o hiperglucemia,  ocasionado por defectos en la secreci\u00f3n de insulina, la mala funci\u00f3n de la misma o m\u00e1s frecuentemente de ambos, que suele asociarse con lesiones secundarias en diversos \u00f3rganos, especialmente vasos sangu\u00edneos, ojos, ri\u00f1ones, p\u00e1ncreas, sistema nervioso, etc. en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, las sustancias polifen\u00f3licas han recibido una gran atenci\u00f3n debido a su potencial para la prevenci\u00f3n de algunas enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas muy prevalentes, gracias a su actividad antioxidante de reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s oxidativo.  objetivo el objetivo de nuestro trabajo experimental ha sido conocer los efectos de tres productos antioxidantes: extractos de fresno, spergularia y granada, en un modelo animal de dm tipo 2, a trav\u00e9s de la evoluci\u00f3n del peso corporal y el \u00edndice de conversi\u00f3n; los marcadores relacionados con la glucemia; la histomorfometr\u00eda del p\u00e1ncreas y el deterioro cognitivo (biomarcadores y test de conducta).  metodolog\u00eda para la realizaci\u00f3n del estudio, utilizamos 40 ratones leprdb\/db hembra, divididos en cuatro grupos (n=10), control y tres de tratamiento con los extractos citados. A todos los animales se les efectuaron determinaciones sangu\u00edneas de glucosa y medida de los pesos semanalmente durante todo el experimento y a los 3, 5 y 7 meses se les realiz\u00f3 el estudio bioqu\u00edmico. Al finalizar el estudio los animales fueron sacrificados y se tomaron muestras de p\u00e1ncreas para su posterior estudio histol\u00f3gico.  resultados los resultados m\u00e1s relevantes consistieron en un menor incremento de peso e \u00edndice de conversi\u00f3n a partir del tercer-cuarto mes de los animales tratados. As\u00ed mismo, los animales de los grupos de tratamiento presentaron menor resistencia a la insulina, mostrando el grupo e. Fresno los niveles mas bajos de glucemia y hemoglobina glicosilada. A nivel histol\u00f3gico este grupo tambi\u00e9n fue el que present\u00f3 mayor porcentaje de islotes pancre\u00e1ticos. Tambi\u00e9n el uso de los polifenoles mejor\u00f3 la funci\u00f3n cognitiva de los animales tanto a nivel bioqu\u00edmico como a nivel conductual.  conclusi\u00f3n en conclusi\u00f3n, los polifenoles estudiados en este modelo de dm tipo 2 mostraron una reducci\u00f3n del peso corporal de los animales as\u00ed como el \u00edndice de conversi\u00f3n alimenticio; una ligera reducci\u00f3n en la resistencia a la insulina en todos los grupos tratados, que en el caso del grupo tratado con e. Fresno se asociaba tambi\u00e9n a una disminuci\u00f3n de los niveles de glucemia y un mayor n\u00famero de islotes pancre\u00e1ticos. todos los tratamientos evidenciaron una mejora en la funci\u00f3n cognitiva.   abstract:   dm is a metabolic disorder characterised by high blood sugar levels, or hyperglycemia, as a result of defects in the secretion of insulin, the malfunctioning of the same or, most frequently, both. The disorder is commonly associated with secondary lesions in several organs, including blood vessels, the eyes, kidneys, pancreas, nervous system. in recent years polyphenolic substances have received much attention for their potential to prevent several prevalent chronic diseases due to their antioxidant activity or ability to reduce oxidative stress.  the aim of the experimental study described was to know the effects of three antioxidative products &#8211; ash, spergularia and pomegranate extracts &#8211; in a dm type 2 animal model, by following the body weight and conversion index, glycemia-related markers pancreatic histomorphometry and cognitive deterioration (biomarkers and behaviour test).   for the study, 40 female leprdb\/db mice were divided into four groups of ten animals &#8211; a control group and one group for each of the above mentioned treatments. Blood glucose levels and body weight were measured weekly in all the animals, and a biochemical analysis was made after 3, 5 and 7 months. At the end of the experiment the animals were sacrificed and pancreas simples were taken for histological study.  the most important results concerned the lower body weight increase and conversion index in the treated animals after the 3th-4th month of treatment. The same animals showed lower resistance to insulin, the group treated with ash extract showing the lowest glycemia and glycosylated haemoglobin levels. At the histological level, the same group showed the highest percentage of pancreatic islets. The use of polyphenols also improved the cognitive functions of the animals both at biochemical and behavioural levels.  in conclusion, the polyphenols studied in this dm type 2 model led to a reduction in body weight and conversion index. The slight reduction in resistance to insulin in the treated groups was associated, in the case of the ash extract treatment, with a diminution of glycemia levels and greater number of pancreatic islets.
