For this, the mechanism of integration of knowledge used tend to be the group problem solving and decision making, and control mechanisms tend to be oriented to the skills, values, beliefs and boundaries. Instead, to define the design parameters, the analysis suggests the task would be characterized by a static complexity.  the joint implementation between the company and the subcontractor would be characterized by pooled collective action and a transaction sequence. For this, knowledge integration mechanisms utilized tend to be the sequencing of activities, static design rules and procedures and communication.   the control mechanisms tend to be oriented to the behaviour, the outcome and limits. To carry out the integration of knowledge between designers and product architect, the knowledge integration mechanism used between these teams tend to be group problem solving and decision making. And controls tend to be by means of interactive control systems.   the evidence gathered through a case study of two university-industry collaborations, has confirmed the proposed
