En mam\u00edferos, la v\u00eda intr\u00ednseca mitocondrial esta reguladapor la familia de prote\u00ednas bcl2. Dada la complejidad inherente alproceso apopt\u00f3tico, resulta complicado obtener informaci\u00f3n detalladaacerca del modo de acci\u00f3n de miembros espec\u00edficos de la familia bcl2utilizando c\u00e9lulas intactas.
