Para este tipo de an\u00e1lisis es  habitual localizar en las im\u00e1genes aquellos p\u00edxeles de espectro m\u00e1s puro, conocidos como end-members. En este trabajo se utiliza un algoritmo de b\u00fasqueda autom\u00e1tico: amee (automated morphological end-member extraction), basado en el uso de morfolog\u00eda matem\u00e1tica para aprovechar la correlaci\u00f3n entre la informaci\u00f3n  espacial y espectral en la b\u00fasqueda de los p\u00edxeles de espectro m\u00e1s puro. Durante el desarrollo de la tesis se utilizan dos variantes de dicho algoritmo, una basada en la distancia angular entre los p\u00edxeles: sam (spectral angle mapper); y otra basada en la diferencia de informaci\u00f3n entre los p\u00edxeles: sid (spectral information divergence).En una primera parte se realiza la adaptaci\u00f3n de amee al modelo de procesamiento de flujos (stream processing) para poder ejecutarlo sobre gpus bas\u00e1ndonos en un framework de desarrollo propio dise\u00f1ado para utilizar las unidades de procesamiento gr\u00e1fico como procesadores de prop\u00f3sito general (gpgpu). Seguidamente se realiza un an\u00e1lisis comparativo del rendimiento de amee en gpus y cpus.En una segunda parte se completa el estudio utilizando cuda (compute unified device architecture), un api
